Mocktail Ingredients

- 2 oz pink grapefruit juice (or fresh homemade grapefruit juice)
- 1 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water dissolved or buy honey syrup here)
- 8 oz soda water
- Ice cubes
- Slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary for garnish
Mocktail Instructions
- Prepare honey syrup: We make batch’s of honey syrup and keep it in the fridge. 1 part honey to 1 part water . To dissolve the honey use warm water. Stir until the honey is dissolved a set aside to cool.
- Combine Ingredients: Combine grapefruit juice and honey syrup in a glass. Top with soda water and stir gently
- Garnish and Enjoy: Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
